Responsibilities:
Sales & Distribution :
- Solution Design and Implementation: Analyze business requirements and design solutions in the Sales & Distribution module of ERP.
Configure ERP SD modules to meet customer needs, ensuring seamless integration with other modules like MM, PP, and FICO.
- Order Processing: Manage the entire order-to-cash process, including order entry, order fulfillment, shipping, and billing.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders and invoices.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to sales orders and deliveries.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes.
- User Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions for the SD module.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users.
Material Management (MM):
- Procurement and Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection, purchase order creation, and goods receipt.
Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
- Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance.
Evaluate suppliers based on delivery speed, price, and quality.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the logistics of incoming and outgoing materials to align with production schedules.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to support production needs.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in material management.
Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and procurement activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in material management and implement best practices.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in material management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in ERP SD and MM consulting, including system configuration and implementation.
- Skills: Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes, procurement, inventory management, and supplier management. Proficiency in ERP systems.
