Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Implementation: Analyze business requirements and design ERP FICO solutions to meet customer needs, customizing and configuring the system to align with business processes.
- System Configuration & Integration: Customize the ERP FICO system and work with consultants from other modules (MM, SD, PP, HR) to ensure seamless integration with other ERP components.
- Fixed Asset Management & Testing: Maintain records of fixed assets, ensure proper classification and depreciation, and execute tests to validate system functionality against customer requirements.
- Training, Documentation, & Project Management: Develop training materials, provide ongoing support, and maintain documentation while assisting in project planning to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery.
- ]Compliance, Reporting, & Continuous Improvement: Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, generate financial reports, and identify opportunities for continuous system improvement through regular updates.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with third-party vendors, offshore teams, and internal stakeholders to design and implement solutions that align with business and IT strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in ERP FICO consulting, including system configuration and implementation.
- Skills: Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in ERP systems.
