Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement ERP strategies to support business objectives.
- Project Management: Lead ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of ERP systems with other business applications
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document ERP requirements.
- System Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement ERP solutions to meet business needs.
- Configuration and Customization: Perform configuration, customization, and integration of ERP modules.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP systems.
- User Training: Conduct user training sessions and create user documentation.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing and ensure quality assurance.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP implementation and management..
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL,/Query Building /Reporting/front end-to-end triggers, store procedures, and ERP configuration and integration.
- Functional Skills: Strong understanding of business processes and ERP modules.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Skills:
- ERP Systems: Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
